Adding/Removing a Profile Image
First, click on My Dashboard located in the menu bar.
To add a profile image, hover over the default image and click Browse. Then, select your image.
To remove a profile image, hover over it and click the trash can icon.
Updating Profile Information
First, click on My Dashboard located in the menu bar.
To update your registration details, fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Be sure to fill out the entire form and click the Update Profile button when you are finished.
To add a social media page, paste a link to the page in the corresponding social media box in the upper right-hand corner of the page. After adding the link, make sure to click the save button.
Making Your Profile Public
First, click on My Dashboard located in the menu bar.
Under your name, change the first and second toggle switches from No to Yes.
Your profile should now be visisble to visitors.
Contacting Publishers
First, click on Contact an Exhibitor located under Exhibit in the menu bar.
Then, click on the exhibitor's profile image.
To request an exhibitor's contact information, click the Request vCard button. To setup a meeting, click Setup a Meeting.
Contacting Other Users
First, navigate to the attendees page located under Information for Attendees > Speakers and Attendees in the menu bar.
Enter the user's name into the search bar and click the search button.
Then, click on the user's profile image.
To request a user's contact information, click the Request vCard button. To setup a meeting, click Setup a Meeting. Note: The user must first make their profile public.
Using the Discussion Board
First, navigate to the discussion board located under Forums in the menu bar.
To include an image in your post, click Choose File and locate the image.
To be notified of replies to your post, check the box next to "Subscribe to follow-up comments."
Finally, enter your text in the text box and click Submit.
Creating a Schedule
First, navigate to Meeting Program located under Program in the menu bar.
When you find a session that you want to attend, click Add to Schedule in the upper right-hand corner.
To view your schedule, navigate to My Schedule under My Dashboard in the menu bar.
